For a low-tech evening, you'll also find a selection of board games. Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. It includes full-size appliances, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and hot water kettle. Enjoy your morning coffee or a shared meal at the stylish dining bar, complete with wine glasses for an evening toast. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 5): * Upstairs Bedroom: Find sanctuary in the spacious upstairs suite, which boasts a comfortable king-sized memory-foam bed, a separate twin daybed, and blackout shades for a restful night's sleep. This room also includes a ceiling fan, storage, and a vanity that doubles as a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi. * Living Room: A queen-sized sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for extra guests. Bathroom: The full bathroom features a combination tub/shower, plush towels, a full-length mirror, and a starter supply of essential toiletries. Guest access Guests will have complete and private access to the entire two-story carriage house. - Self check-in upon arrival for your convenience. - Your stay includes one dedicated off-street parking space. - For longer stays, a laundromat is conveniently located nearby. Other things to note Guest Fees: Our nightly rate includes up to 3 guests. Any additional guests (up to the maximum of 5) will be charged at a rate of $20 per person, per night. Please ensure your guest count is accurate no later than 24 hours before your arrival. Rental Agreement: You will be required to sign our digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to finalize your reservation. Early/Late Checkout: An earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee, depending on availability. Please inquire in advance. Safety & Security: For your safety, three security cameras are actively recording on the exterior of the office building we share a parking lot with.
