Other things to note Guest Fees: Our nightly rate includes up to 3 guests. Any additional guests (up to the maximum of 5) will be charged at a rate of $20 per person, per night. Please ensure your guest count is accurate no later than 24 hours before your arrival. Rental Agreement: You will be required to sign our digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to finalize your reservation. Early/Late Checkout: An earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee, depending on availability. Please inquire in advance. Safety & Security: For your safety, three security cameras are actively recording on the exterior of the office building we share a parking lot with.
