The carriage house sits at the back of a shared parking lot behind a small office building that operates during weekday business hours — you may see office employees coming and going, but the carriage house itself is private. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note Our nightly rate covers up to 3 guests. Additional guests (up to a max of 5) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 5. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs — up to 2 dogs per stay, $25 per dog per night. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of arrival if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if arriving within the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee. The carriage house sits in the rear of a shared parking lot behind a small office building. For your safety and ours, three security cameras are actively recording on the rear exterior of the office, covering the parking area and the rental exterior only — no cameras inside the carriage house. There is an Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speaker in the living room for your convenience. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals.
