Up to 6 guests can enjoy this cozy duplex and large yard w/fire pit. Just 1 block from Sunsets on the Bay. Cedar sleeps 4 w/ a queen bed & sleeper sofa. Pine sleeps 2 w/ a queen bed. Each studio has A/C, high-speed internet, Cable TV/Smart TVs, full bath, & kitchenette. Walk to Wilson’s, Anderson’s Dock, & fish boils at the Old Post Office Inn. Noise may be heard from shared wall in other unit. A security camera outside records video & audio 24/7 w/ motion detection for your safety. The space In the duplex, there are 2 separate cottages, called Pine and Cedar, each with 1 queen bed/1 full bath, and a kitchenette including a sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster oven/air fryer. Cedar also has a twin-size sofa bed. Since it's a duplex, the two studio cottages do share a wall, and some noise can be heard between the two. There is huge yard, where you can enjoy lawn games and a fire pit. There is a mini split AC unit in each side of the duplex. We offer WIFI/internet and a collection of games and puzzles for your enjoyment. Sorry, but no pets, please. Other things to note: There is not a dishwasher No smoking allowed Please do not move furniture No open flames Provided: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. We do provide a starter pack of essentials which includes the following: 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 rolls of paper towels/unit, dish soap, hand soap and 2-3 garbage bags. We also supply 1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and makeup remover towels per bathroom. Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc. Please bring your own firewood to enjoy the fire pit. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire duplex, parking and yard. If another family is staying in the main house, you'll share the yard, fire pit, lawn games and parking with the other guests. Other things to note Other things to note: The lofts in each side of the duplex are not for guest use. Please do not try to climb the ladders, take them off or move them.
