Bedroom 2- queen bed We get the beautiful breezes from the ocean most days. Ceiling fans in lounge room, dining room and both bedrooms as well as air con in the lounge room. It’s also a double brick complex which keeps it very cool. The western sunsets during summer can add extra heat. Be sure to close the block out curtins and blinds at the front if you’re going out all day. Guest access The whole apartment exclusive use of the back courtyard. Other things to note This is a no smoking/vaping unit complex. Designated smoking zone is outside on the front nature strip.
