From a private pool, to top-of-the-line appliances, a private built in desk/work space, 3rd floor lookout tower with Gulf views, second floor wrap around balcony with a ping pong table, to the gorgeous coastal decor and front porch perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing - plus 4 complimentary top-of-the-line bikes and board games for the family's enjoyment - this fully-equipped home is the perfect spot for memories to be made! There is also 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests' use as well as corn hole to play in the yard! This GORGEOUS home is situated in the Park District of the WaterColor community, making for easy and quick access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings (the WaterColor Beach Club, Boathouse, Camp WaterColor, etc. just to name a few)! The gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a spacious dining area with doors that open on to the porch. Also located upstairs is the master bedroom which features a king sized bed and an attached private bath. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 14 Guests): FIRST FLOOR - King bedroom + en suite bathroom with shower + porch access SECOND FLOOR - Master bedroom with King bed + en suite bathroom with shower + porch access - Queen bedroom + en suite bathroom + glass shower + porch access - Queen bedroom + shared hall bathroom with shower/tub combo - Bunk room with one set of Full-over-Full bunks + shared hall bathroom with shower/tub combo - Upstairs living room daybed with pull-out trundle There is also a crib, a pack and play, infant seating and feeding chair, and numerous step stools to assist toddlers in using the bathrooms. Guest access Guests will have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! This entire establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. Additionally, guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Other things to note Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines. AirBnb handles all payments. Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. ​​​​​​​Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.  Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation. LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past Grayton Beach to the west or Seagrove to the east. Any issues caused by LSV/golf cart battery dying will be charged to the renters. Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, LSV/golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
