POOL ENCLOSURE allowing a pool open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and water heated to 28°C at all times. As it is not an establishment open to the public, groups such as students, associations, and camps are not allowed. These groups will be denied entry. Beautiful 230 m² house 10 km from Etretat with a 2000 m² garden. The house has: - 6 bedrooms - 1 living room with a sofa bed - 4 bathrooms The total capacity of the house is 20 people. The space You will find a 2000 m² private garden with 3 outdoor areas: - A fenced area with an in-ground swimming pool (L6m, W3.2m, D1.52m) and its wooden terrace. The pool is heated from April to the end of October (25°C max) and secured by a cover that folds and unfolds electrically - Sunlit lawn terrace all day for lunch/dinner with Weber BBQ (charcoal not provided) and garden table for 14 people, a side table for 4 people and its offset parasol. A garden furniture for 7 people completes the set - Outdoor ping pong table On the ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine (standard capsules not provided), microwave, oven, dishwasher and American-style refrigerator. A large table for 6 people - Dining area with table for 14 people. 2 high chairs for small children available - Living room and its 140x200 cm sofa bed overlooking the garden. TV with Netflix / Disney + / Prime video. - Laundry room with washer / dryer - One shower room - 1 Bathroom and its toilet - A bedroom with 2 90x200 cm beds and a sofa that can be converted into a 90x200 cm bed - A bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and a foosball table. There is also a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed - A 2nd shower room with toilet On the 1st floor: - Bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a sofa that converts into a 90x200 cm bed, a crib with bars, and a changing table - Bedroom with 2 beds 90x200cm and a 100x200cm convertible armchair - Bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200cm - BD with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm without windows and a sofa bed 100 x 200 cm - Bathroom with toilet - A separate toilet No parties allowed, no loud music allowed. Essential amenities are provided excluding soap and towels. Sheets and pillows included in the price of the reservation. The beds are made for your arrival. Please bring your own bath and pool towel. Guest access The house is at the exit of Criquetot l'Esneval and 15 minutes from Etretat and its golf course! Other things to note No parties allowed, no loud music allowed. The house alarm / remote monitoring system is equipped in the living room with a camera (not a camera) coupled with a smoke and carbon monoxide detector.
