POOL ENCLOSURE allowing a pool open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and water heated to 28°C at all times. As it is not an establishment open to the public, groups such as students, associations, and camps are not allowed. These groups will be denied entry. Beautiful 230 m² house 10 km from Etretat with a 2000 m² garden. The house has: - 6 bedrooms - 1 living room with a sofa bed - 4 bathrooms The total capacity of the house is 20 people. The space You will find a 2,000 m² private garden with 3 outdoor areas: - A fenced area with an in-ground swimming pool (L 6 m, W 3.2 m, D 1.52 m) and its wooden deck. The pool is heated year-round (max. 28°C) and secured/protected by an enclosure. - Lawn terrace that gets sun all day for lunch/dinner, with a Weber barbecue (charcoal not included) and a garden table for 14 people, a side table for 4 people and a cantilevered parasol. Garden furniture for 7 people completes the set. - Outdoor ping pong table On the ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine (classic capsules not provided), microwave, oven, dishwasher and American-style refrigerator. A large table for 6 people - Dining room with table for 14 people. 2 high chairs for small children available - Living room with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed overlooking the garden. TV with Netflix/Disney+/Prime Video. - Laundry room with washer/dryer - A shower room - 1 bathroom with toilet - A bedroom with 2 90x200 cm beds and a sofa bed that converts into a 90x200 cm bed - A bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and a foosball table. There is also a sofa bed measuring 140x200 cm. - A 2nd shower room with toilet On the 1st floor: - Bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a sofa bed that converts into a 90x200 cm bed, a crib with bars, and a changing table - Bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90x200 cm and a sofa bed measuring 100x200 cm - Bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90x200 cm - Bedroom with 2 90x200 cm beds, without windows, and a 100x200 cm sofa bed - Bathroom with toilet - A separate toilet No parties allowed, no loud music allowed. Essentials are provided, excluding soap and bath towels. Bed linens and pillows are included in the booking price. The beds are made for your arrival. Please bring your own bath and pool towels. Guest access The house is at the exit of Criquetot l'Esneval and 15 minutes from Etretat and its golf course! Other things to note No parties allowed, no loud music allowed. Tesla Wall Connector Electric Charging Terminal. PLEASE NOTE: Additional charge of 10 euros per day for overnight parking from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Unidentified vehicles can not charge. Truths: The 2 stairs upstairs is a bit steep. Essential amenities are provided excluding soap and towels. Sheets and pillows included in the price of the reservation. The beds are made for your arrival. Please bring your own bath and pool towel. The house alarm / remote monitoring system is equipped in the living room with a camera (not a camera) coupled with a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. In the event of an alert, a photo is taken to confirm the issue. If you like, you can put a cloth on the camera.
