Here, the boundary between inside and outside has been blurred. A large terrace under the roof surrounds the entire house, doors from all rooms provide direct access to the greenery outside. The house has all the comforts including a sauna and fireplace and is located in a child-friendly area with a playground and nice walking paths. Walking distance to both a rock pool and a child-friendly beach with jetties, Pilane sculpture park, Härön nature reserve and a short drive to Skärhamn with a large selection of restaurants, shops and the Watercolor Museum. The space Living room/kitchen: Combined living room/kitchen facing west, with large windows that create a feeling of outside and inside merging. Doors out on wooden decks in three directions. Sofas consisting of 2 day beds with plenty of pillows, tables. Dining area with chairs. High chair (Stokke). Fridge and freezer, induction stove and hot air oven, microwave and dishwasher. Music system with Spotify Connect and WiFi connection. TV that is operated with Apple TV. Various board games and puzzles are available. Fireplace (wood not included). Coffee maker, toaster, mixer, electric whisk and more are included. Dishwashing detergent, dishcloths, dish brush, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets are provided Toilet: Flush toilet and sink. NOTE: In the toilet, only toilet paper may be thrown away, the house has a special sewage system that grinds what has been flushed down and the grinder can be destroyed by wires and solid objects and cause flooding in the sewage system as well as costly repairs. Hall: Space for shoes and clothes to hang on hangers and hooks as well as shelves. Electric cabinet, sauna panel, broadband connection. Bathroom: Shower with shower curtain, stainless steel workbench and sink, overhead cabinet for storage, washing machine. Detergent, shampoo, conditioner and soap are available. Exit from the bathroom to the terrace and direct access to the sauna. Cleaning equipment and cleaning agents are also stored here. Bedrooms 1 and 2: Two identical smaller bedrooms with built-in bunk beds. Fall protection from the upper beds is available. The beds are 105 cm wide. No opening windows in these rooms. Storage in bed drawers under the beds and hooks on the walls. Extra blankets and pillows are also stored in the bed drawers. Outside the bedrooms there is a smaller seating area with 2 wicker chairs, window wall and exit to the wooden deck with morning sun. Bedroom 3: Bedroom with 180 cm wide double bed, single duvets and pillows. For the bed mattress, sheets are needed that fit the entire width of the bed (double bed). Wardrobe with drawers and rod for hanging clothes. Space for cleaning equipment. Window wall with blackout curtain, exit to wooden deck with morning sun and hammock. Sauna: In a separate building by the tree deck, the sauna is started inside (on/off) and there is a preset panel in the hall. Cushions for outdoor furniture are also stored here. Note that the best temperature is on the upper bunk in the sauna. It is mandatory to sit on a towel in the sauna. Outside: On the wooden deck that surrounds the house there are two outdoor furniture that can be moved around, as well as a smaller seating area with 2 comfortable armchairs. Loose cushions that must be stored in the sauna at night. Please note that the wooden deck is accessed by stairs. Space for two cars on the driveway to the house. A small storage room/wardrobe outside contains outdoor toys such as kubb, boule, croquet. Guest access A smaller guest house, storage room, indoor dressing room and a cabinet in the bathroom are locked for the landlord's private belongings. Other spaces are available for tenants. Other things to note Toilet: It is important that the tenant carefully follows the rules for what can be flushed down the toilet. Water supply: There may be a shortage of water on the island at times and we are grateful that the tenants are economical with the water - do not let faucets run, shower efficiently and only run the dishwasher when it is full. Garbage: In the kitchen, there are containers for household garbage and compost/food waste. Use brown paper bags for compost. These are in the cupboard under the sink. The garbage is thrown into larger bins outside when the bins inside are full. These bins are on the right side just before you reach the house (a total of 6 bins, two of which belong to the property). It says "36" on the bins that belong to the house. Household waste is thrown away in green bins, compost in brown bins. Glass, metal, plastics, newspapers and cardboard must be taken by the guest to the recycling station. It is located in the community of Kållekärr behind the CircleK gas station or in Skärhamn at the ICA Nordevik grocery store parking lot. Please note that the household waste bin is only emptied once a month, so it is very important that the guest sorts waste carefully and drives as much as possible to recycling. Never leave garbage outside as the birds will tear up the bags and litter. Sheets and towels are not included. The guest takes care of final cleaning before departure.
