Parking is located in the adjacent parking lot (there is plenty of parking). Our apartment is updated but quaint, exactly what is needed for a great short or extended stay. The main room is an open kitchen/living room. Someone can be cooking and watching TV or visiting with family. The living room is a perfect place for relaxing while streaming your favorite show. There is a bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and closet. Our bathroom has a shower with bathtub as well. There is a washer/dryer set on the first floor. Guest access Guests will have shared access to the courtyard area. The door is a coded lock. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
