The space 2-story 150 sqm vacation home with 3 bedrooms and large living room in the first line above the Bay of Messinia! Secluded location on a 30 m cliff above the sea. Spectacular sunrises over the Taygetos Mountains! The large terraces overlooking the sea allow the view to wander over the entire bay of Messinia from Kalamata and the Taygetos Mountains (Mani) to the historically Venetian-influenced Koroni. In the basement: 3 bedrooms with simple shower baths en suite. Of which 1 bedroom is built into the back of the mountain with a side window. (A little cooler in summer!😉) and 2 bedrooms with private access to the lower terrace with panoramic east view over the calm sea to the 2600 m high Taygetos Mountains! Simple clean shower baths, all with sink, toilet and shower. Hot water via solar system. On the upper floor: Living room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, extractor hood, fridge and espresso capsule machine. An additional utility room with washing machine and guest toilet, as well as another shower on this floor. Outside on the wind-protected side, there is a gas BBQ. Large terrace with dining table and lounge chair. 6 m x 4 m x 2 m saltwater pool, with weekly service. (Pool not in operation in the months of November to April!) with sun terrace and a total of 6 sun loungers and large parasol on the lowest floor. Best swimming season is May to December. Mosquito nets on the windows, air conditioning in each room. Possibly additional costs in the months of June up to and including August. There is always a light sea breeze through the Persians (shutters) and mosquito nets with open windows! From September to January, there may be several days of disturbance due to the olive harvest! As well as occasional cutting, fertilizing and mowing work on the olive grove throughout the year. Due to the wild and secluded location, access via a steep, narrow and partially blocked dirt road along the ridge is a bit adventurous and only easy for suitable vehicles. For standard vehicles, it is only possible slowly and carefully! For this you will be rewarded with absolute tranquility with a unique view! Another parking lot on private property is available 200 m away. Encounters with wild animals can also occur! House and property are in the first row above the sea! The olive grove ends at an unsecured 30 m cliff! This ensures privacy and no beach tourism in front of the house is possible. The nearest beach is 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot.
