The community of Dolphin Ridge is very well maintained and offers a quiet more residential feel. Our staff and the Spinnaker's Reach Realty office is located just around the corner if you happen to need anything. You may see someone from our team rolling out your trash cans, cleaning the pool, etc. during your stay. This home is located within the private community of Dolphin’s Ridge in Emerald Isle. The neighborhood is sophisticated and quiet yet still offers a welcoming beach vibe. The beaches along this portion of Emerald Isle can be easily walked, has the perfect place to park a chair and umbrella for the day, or even plenty of open surf to cast a line. Surf fishing is also a favorite past time during the Fall months. Emerald Isle as a whole is very bicycle friendly- there is a bike path that connects Spinnaker’s Reach to all of Emerald Isle! It is a separate path and safe for riders of all ages. The nearest restaurants and nightlife are just over a mile away while the grocery stores are about 1.5 down the bike path as well. The center of town is just about 2.5 miles… and still connected by the bike path. As you enter the home you will find yourself in the airy living room. Just off the living room are the dining room, sunroom, and kitchen. The bedroom located off the kitchen area is furnished with a queen bed and if the hallway is closed off will offer a private full bathroom. As you make your way to the next level you will find a guest room with two twin beds to the left and a room with a Queen bed to the right. The shared hall bathroom is centrally located in the hall.. Both of these rooms are filled with light and offer Smart TVs. The completely fenced private pool is accessible through the sunroom or on the ground level. The stroll to the beach is just about 10 minutes or so but a golf cart is provided for easier access. All of your beds are made prior to arrival with freshly laundered linens, including the comforters, and are included with a full week’s stay.*If you do not anticipate using all of the beds or would like to bring your own let us know and we adjust the price.
