The villa is located in a private enclosed complex with its own pool. The house has 3 levels with garden terrace, 2 balconies and a large roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, dining table, grill, sun loungers and outdoor shower. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is free Wi-Fi, a TV with DVD player and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. The beach is a 10-minute walk, the train station is a 15-minute walk. The space The villa is part of the private enclosed complex Zambrone Beach Villas with a total of 12 villas. It has three levels. On the ground floor there is the living room with dining area and kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom with washing machine, one storage room and one terrace. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms with balcony and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor is the roof terrace over the entire house area with outdoor kitchen, dining area, barbecue, outdoor shower and sun loungers. The entire house is available for the guests alone. Outside, there is a shared pool with sun loungers and parasols, which all guests of the complex can use. On the grounds there are free parking spaces that are not assigned and are not sufficient for all villas. Outside the complex there are public parking spaces along the curb. Guest access The villa is available for guests to use alone. Other things to note Waste disposal: A plan is posted in the villa on which days which garbage is emptied. The corresponding garbage containers, which are in the front yard, are to be placed on the street the evening before. Water supply: Due to a lack of water, the Comune Zambrone turns off the water at night during the summer months. However, there is a water cistern in the house, so there is water for a quick shower. The dishwasher must be switched on in the morning. City Taxes The municipality of Zambrone requires a tourist tax of €1.50 per night for adults and young people over the age of 16, which is payable by guests.
