Changing bed linens and towels during your stay will incur additional costs. We provide cleaning equipment such as a mop, broom, and cloths for your use. However, cleaning products, soaps, toilet paper, coffee powder, coffee filters, as well as perishable and non-perishable items are not included. The cleaning fee covers laundry costs required to sanitize the blankets and covers used during your stay. In the kitchen area, please remember that other people share the space, so we ask that you keep it clean and organized. The communal refrigerator is for everyone's use, so kindly refrain from filling it in a way that obstructs access for other guests. We have the convenience of a supermarket right below the apartment and another one just 50 meters away, with the latter being more accessible. Additionally, there is a bakery and a pharmacy just 20 meters from here. Visitors are allowed, provided you notify us in advance, and they do not stay in the house after 10 PM. For everyone's comfort, we recommend using headphones and avoiding playing music or watching videos at high volumes.
