3500 Sq Ft 4 bedroom lake home located on 1.75 acres on a private point with West Twin lake surrounding the property. The lake is the top 10 cleanest lakes in the county. Beach & dock area with Pubic access across the point. 1/4 mile away from the Paul Bunyan Trail for biking. 2 miles North of Nisswa. Loons & eagles nests are on the lake. Plenty of parking and pontoon rental available. The space This house sleeps 11 people and has , 2 baths, Living Rm, Library/Music Rm, Family room, Kitchen, Dining room, a Large knotty pine porch and 4 bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms have AC window units. 3 of the bedrooms are on the upper floor. The North bedroom has a queen bed, the West bedroom has 2 twin beds and the East bedroom has queen bed and 2 twin bunks. The master bedroom is located on the main level with a king size bed and a twin daybed. The home has brand new windows and newly painted exterior with lots of updates. The kitchen has all the appliances you need and cookware with a snack bar plus a full dining room table that seats 6+ a bench. The rooms are huge and spacious with plenty of room for a family gatherings. The fire pit is on the North side of the house. Wood is supplied and plenty of chairs to enjoy the view. Loons & eagles nests are on the lake. We would like to rent our home to people who care for it as much as we do. We have 2 kayaks and a paddle board available with life vests for adults. Bikes are available to rent for $10 per day. Free for one week rental. Guest access Upper two floors, private dock and beach. Other things to note 1/4 mile from the Paul Bunyan Biking trail 15 minutes from Brainerd International Raceway (BIR) 40 minutes from Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area - great mountain biking, swimming with boat access. 2 miles from Nisswa - "pretty good shopping" is there motto with main street and an additional shopping square to see quante shops and treats. Don't forget Turtle Races every Wednesday until August 16th 2017. 4 miles from Pequot Lakes. When you see the Bobber water tower, you are there. Great restaurants and shopping. Plenty of beautiful golf courses within 10-20 minutes away.
