Ayala Triangle, shops, restaurants & a supermarket are nearby, and a short walk will get you to Greenbelt and other Malls, as well as the Makati Medical Centre. The space A 25-square-meter 1-bedroom unit In the living room, there is a sofa that quickly and easily converts into a spacious sofa bed. The bedroom has a queen bed with a pull out bed for extra sleeping space. We also provide free Wifi & coffee with essential toiletries. Small dining table & chairs are available for an enjoyable dining experience Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenwares and utensils. The unit can accommodate four guests Guest access For a smooth check-in, you must send valid identification documents for all guests, preferably three days before arrival, so that we can complete the pre-access approval for your stay. All guests need to send their identification cards before arrival, please.  Upon arrival, all guests need to register, show a screenshot of the approved guest authorization form which we provide to you, and leave an identification document at the lobby guard in exchange for gate passes. You can get it back when you go.  Paid parking is available in the basement and nearby buildings (The Rise).  Swimming the swimming pool requires a valid ticket purchased from the Management Office on the 8th Floor. The pool is open Tuesday to Sunday, 7 am to 10 pm.  You are not allowed to hang any clothes outside the window. No pets allowed Other things to note No smoking in the unit, please (cleaning fee will apply if not followed) Only two guests per unit are allowed in the swimming pool for a fee of P150 on weekdays and P300 on weekends. The swimming pool is closed on Monday for cleaning.  Parking is available on the lower ground floor of the building with a fee of P50 for the first 3 hours and P20 per additional hour.
