It is the perfect place to enjoy the nearby beaches, mountains & attractions of La Cala de Mijas. 2 outdoor dining areas, BBQ, comfortable beds, padel tennis court, parking and fast WiFi. The large swimming pool is in beautiful gardens and has a lifeguard (open in summer only) You can walk to the beach and many restaurants, bars and activities. We look forward to welcoming you! The space This property is bright and light and the urbanisation is peaceful and quiet. The fully-equipped kitchen opens into the living area, so it is perfect for cooking whilst socialising. There is a dining table and two sofas including the sofa bed. The smart TV can be used to login to your accounts for Netflix, Disney+, Youtube etc. There is a guest toilet on this floor too. The living room leads to a terrace with a raised lounge-style seating area to maximise the sea views, and a dining area seating 6 people. From this terrace you can also take the stairs up to access the large roof terrace where there is a BBQ for enjoying your cooking outdoors. There is a large gazebo over the additional dining area, to provide shade on hot days, and there are also sun-loungers and the hot tub. The hot tub is a Lay-Z spa and is free to use, all year round. (Please note you will need to follow instructions we provide, to ensure the cleanliness and keep the water healthy) The high-speed wi-fi is great for remote working and the apartment has air conditioning/ heating throughout. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, to sleep 4 people. (2 additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room) -- Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed and doors to access a private terrace. The large en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower and bidet. -- Bedroom 2 has two single beds, however these can be combined to make 1 large double 180cm wide (please let us know in advance) All beds are comfortable with good quality mattresses, pillows and bedding. There is an additional second bathroom on this floor with shower. The large swimming pool is set into peaceful gardens and is fantastic on sunny, warm days. It is open from approx June until September 09. The apartment is in a lovely gated community and the allocated private parking space is convenient and free of charge. The closest beach is approximately 10-12 minutes walk, in the picturesque town of La Cala, where there are also countless restaurants, bars and a wide variety of attractions. The closest restaurants and supermarket are around 8 minutes walk. In the area there are aqua parks, beach clubs, zoo, safari parks, aquariums, marinas, shopping malls, countless golf courses and more! Of course once you book we will send you recommendations tailored to your group and interests. We welcome up to 1 well-behaved pet, already House trained (so no puppies sorry). But please ensure that they do not sit on the furniture, or access the lower floor with bedrooms. We kindly ask you to bring all bedding/blankets/feeding utensils for your pet with you. Please note the second bedroom is set up as 2x twin beds. The master is 1 double bed. The property is a short (approx 13-15mins) downhill walk to the beach or uphill walk back, with beautiful views as a result.
