Our apartment is a duplex that lives like a house in the heart of Paris's 19th arrondissement. Located on the top floor of a secure apartment building, you can enjoy the terrace, the unobstructed view of Montmartre and magnificent sunsets. The space The functional, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, with its large, bright bay windows that lead out to the terrace and balcony. Both bedrooms are upstairs, connected by a large balcony. Absolute calm and height. The property comprises a bedroom with a 160-cm double bed (new CocoMAT mattress with memory-foam topper, replaced in January 2026) and a children's bedroom equipped with a pull-out bed with 2 90-cm single mattresses (2 additional single beds can be made up on request). The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and bathtub. There is a separate toilet on each floor. Guest access You will have access to the living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, terrace and two balconies. We live in the accommodation: the cabinets and drawers are therefore not available. Other things to note Our apartment is located in a secure residence, access to which we will show you upon arrival.
