Newly renovated Telluride Mountain House is in an ideal location in the heart of the town of Telluride. Guests can walk to the gondola as well as the best restaurants and shops. The home boasts two master suites upstairs and two additional guest bedrooms as well as bunk room on the bottom floor. Ample space for entertaining on main floor with brand new kitchen. STR Business license #00528. The space Guests have use of front entryway with a porch with table and chairs - ideal for groups renting the home. The den is furnished with a couch and two leather, swivel armchairs. The seating area has a flatscreen TVs, a gas fireplace. Just beyond the dining room sits the gourmet kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large sink. There is an espresso maker, a commercial size blender, and dishwasher. The island can serve up to six people. The dining table shares a space with the den has plenty of seating for up to 8. The top floor has two primary suites at either end of the hall. Each suite has vaulted ceilings, a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and private decks with grand views. One King suite has an en suite bath with a soaking tub, dual vanity sinks, and a glass shower. The other queen suite has an en suite bathroom with a large glass steam shower and dual vanity sinks. At the lower level of the home sit the remaining guest suites. Guests will find one with a queen bed and twin closet bunk (comfortable for small child), and another with one with a double bed bed, each with a flat-screen TV. These suites are served by a bathroom with a glass shower just down the hall. The final suite is by far the best bunk room in town! This room features six XL twin beds and 2 regular twin trundles, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. It also has a private bath with dual vanity sinks and a glass shower. Guests will find a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on this floor. Guest access Guests are able to access entire front house. The main home described above is fully accessible from the Pacific Street entrance with 2 on street parking pass. Passes are provided after booking with car registration by property manager. The back house unit (536 1/2 Pacific Ave) is NOT included in this rental and might owner occupied during your stay. Other things to note A few minutes walk to the Gondola. Home is located a few doors from Medical Center. The galloping goose shuttle picks up at end of the street.
