New beachfront house

Come and have a pleasant stay in this comfortable house that has just been completed this year, everything is new, furniture, bedding, dishes, household appliances! The house is located in the charming seaside resort of Locquirec, it is located 200 m from the sea on foot (see photo). It's the perfect place to come with family or friends and enjoy the beach or visit Trégor. Sleeping arrangements: 2 beds for 2 people, 1 bed for one person and a high quality sofa bed. The space The house consists of a large main room with an equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a corner sofa and a living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a closet, the other with a double bed and a single bed, with a closet. Two additional beds can be made available by unfolding the sofa bed, thus accommodating up to 7 people. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit, and it is equipped with a heated towel rail, a washing machine, and a dryer. Garden furniture allows you to enjoy the terrace, as do the two "sun loungers". The paved driveway allows parking for two cars in front of the house, and a gate provides secure access to the road, thus completely enclosing the property (safety for children and pets). The living room is equipped with a satellite TV, and Internet is available, including Wi-Fi. Pillows, sheets and duvets are provided and the beds are made on arrival, so all you have to do is enjoy! Note that Locquirec was voted 3rd place in the Favorite Village of the French in 2026! Guest access Tenants have access to the entire home. Other things to note The house has 2 steps to access the entrance and to go down to the bedrooms.
