This remodeled cabin sits on over seven private acres is perfect for a small group or family looking to explore and enjoy the Mt Hood region during any season. The spacious great room with a modern kitchen and dining table that seats eight and is the perfect place for everyone to gather round during the evenings after a day of fun. One crowd favorite is heading to the outside living room with a covered private hot tub, a wood-burning fireplace, gas BBQ, comfy seating, and outdoor heaters located behind the garage. There are two living spaces for everyone to spread out and enjoy any activity. The main great room includes the large and newly updated kitchen and dining table where you can all gather while whipping up your favorite culinary creations. Relax in the overstuffed chairs or couch while watching TV. Above the garage, you will find the game room with a large screen TV, a game table, foosball, and lots of games and puzzles. The master bedroom upstairs with a king bed has its own private balcony. The second bedroom upstairs is perfect for kids or singles with 2 queen beds. The upstairs bathroom with spacious, tiled walk-in shower is across the hall from the bedrooms. Downstairs, the bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the second full bathroom with tub and shower. The huge backyard is a great place for kids to play. Explore the many trails right outside your own door. A 10 minute trail walk leads you to the Sandy River. This home is a short drive up to the excitement and exploring on the mountain. Grocery, gas stations, and restaurants are all located within 10 minutes of this home. *For security purposes, cameras have been placed near each exterior entrance* Please be aware that no pets are allowed at this home at any time. If a pet is found to be brought to this property, it will result in the cancellation of your booking with no refund. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
