The kitchen is complete with a gas hob, double electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishes, plates, pots and all the accessories for lunches and dinners. On the first floor, the house has 2 covered verandas, one in the front and another in the back, where you can find a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a relaxing hammock. In the back garden there is a large table that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people where you can spend evenings, lunches and dinners in complete tranquility. In fact, although the villa is part of a residential complex, it enjoys absolute privacy and tranquility. In the back of the house, you will also find a spacious and practical outdoor shower that is enclosed but open-air. The first floor is completed by a comfortable and functional bathroom with a large washbasin, toilet and washing machine. On the second floor of the house you will find the sleeping area with an anteroom, two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
