The property is close to the Parliament of Sri Lanka, and a few minutes’ walk to the Parliament lake (Diyawanna Oya), and the walking/jogging tracks along the lake, and is within WALKING distance to restaurants, bakeries and a super market. The space The entire unit is airconditioned, and consist of pantry, kitchen, a sitting room, 2 bedrooms, attached bathrooms for each room, patio with outdoor furniture, fridge, microwave and an automatic washing machine. The private roof top is accessed from the patio, and the private pool is located on the ground floor. The roof top and the pool is solely for the the guest, and there would be NO other guests during your stay ensuring complete privacy. This is a separate unit on the first floor with a separate entrance. The entire unit is lockable and you will have your own keys. The host is residing in the same property to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the property, and has a separate entrance, and will be more than happy to assist you to make your stay comfortable, and an enjoyable one. Getting around is easy with Uber / PickMe taxis using mobile apps. Further, food could be ordered to the unit via Uber eats and PickMe foods using mobile apps Guest access Entire first floor, roof top and pool area Other things to note Smoking allowed out doors in designated smoking area where the ash tray is, Please No smoking inside the premises No parties or events, and No loud noise as this disturbs the neighbors Parking on premises is available, but shared with the Host Please note Kids need to be accompanied by an adult to the pool or roof top No Generator For safety reasons, No glassware or ceramic cups, and food allowed near the pool area and the roof top terrace. It would be good to be equipped with mosquito repellents (out doors evening time) as this is a tropical region. Various mosquito repellents are available in the nearby super market.
