Welcome to the Cozy Rough River Retreat, your private space of serenity less than 5 minutes from the Rough River State Marina. The space With floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room, the outdoors welcomes you for a memorable visit to the beautiful Rough River Lake. The kitchen and family room feature an open-concept design, perfect for gathering family and friends together. Enjoy the large outdoor deck or enclosed sunroom for an area to enjoy a peaceful morning and a cup of coffee. Accommodations include two large bedrooms with queen-sized beds, located on the main level with a full bath/laundry room between each bedroom. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with an assortment of bunk beds that will sleep seven comfortably with a full bath between each bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies needed to cook for your family and friends after a day of activities on the lake. Enjoy time around the outdoor fire pit. A family Game Room is located in the basement featuring a ping pong table, perfect for entertainment for the whole family! This basement level has a separate exterior entrance. The Cozy Rough River Retreat does NOT feature a private boat dock; however, Rough River Dam State Park Marina is less than 5 minutes away making boat docking easy and accessible.
