Chalet de Hooglander

Welcome to our cozy chalet in Friesland! Our chalet is located on a quiet campground in Westergeest, near the charming town of Dokkum. The chalet can accommodate up to 4 people; the décor is warm and comfortable. Outside, you will find a nice covered area with a lounge set, ideal for relaxing. On the terrace, there is a picnic table and a barbecue for cozy evenings. Dokkum is just a short distance away and offers cozy sidewalk cafés, shops, and a historic atmosphere. The space Outside, you will find a lovely canopy with a comfortable lounge set – the perfect place to wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee or to enjoy a good glass of wine in the evening. There is a picnic table and a barbecue on the terrace, ideal for long, cozy summer evenings. Guest access One car per stay may be parked on the premises at the reception or in the other parking spaces. Other things to note Linen and kitchen + bath towels must be brought by the guests themselves. There are 4x single duvets in the Chalet and pillows. Guests must report on arrival and register with the owners of the campsite (back of the house), this in connection with the supervision in case of emergencies. In case of emergency or questions, you can always contact the owners of the chalet (Judith or Salima) or the campground owners (Jacob or Fokje). Dogs are welcome and allowed in the chalet, but an extra fee applies. They may also walk around the campground on a leash, but the droppings must be cleaned up neatly. The dogs are not allowed on couches/furniture or the beds, if there is a chance that they will cause damage to the chalet then they must stay in a (self-brought) Bench. It is not allowed to leave the dogs unattended in the chalet (due to possible damage). There is a 4 Amp electrical connection available, heavy appliances cannot be switched on simultaneously. However, it is possible to have the refrigerator on, make coffee or boil water (coffee and kettle cannot be used at the same time).
