The space The Farm House was designed to unite the charm of the farm and comfort in the midst of nature, but close to the city. It has comfortable beds with capacity for 5 guests in the bedrooms, air-conditioning, 2 private bathrooms, with solar-heated showers, 1 extra outdoor bathroom, quality trousseau, kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances, barbecue grills, wood stove, large and nice farm-style balcony, Smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi, plus 1 extra separate bedroom, with bathroom, bed and common TV to accommodate extra guests or group helpers. It has a beautiful garden with a warm Jacuzzi and an exclusive fireplace space. It is pet friendly, fully fenced for the safety of your pets and small children. Small events can be held upon evaluation and a fee. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire Farm House, including balcony, barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bathrooms, garden and fireplace. The condominium extends to the shore of Lake Paranoá, where you can swim, fish or practice water sports. We offer kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for rent. The condominium deck can be used to dock your own or rented boats.
