New house close to the ocean and quiet

We are renting our new 96 m² house, delivered in 2023, with cozy and warm decoration, on a fully enclosed 1500 m² lot in Mimizan city, in a residential area 6 kilometers from the ocean beaches, 500 m from Lake Aureilhan and the flowered promenade (2nd most visited site in the Landes). Nearby (500 m), you will find a bakery, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, pharmacy, restaurants, banks, gas station and hypermarket... The space You will have an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. 2 bedrooms with 160 X 200 bedding. A master bedroom, with 160 X 200 bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. All our rooms are equipped with a dressing room. A bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. A separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine. House amenities: Oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, coffee machine (Senseo brand), toaster, kettle, dishwasher. Garden and amenities: A 35 m2 terrace, 15 m2 of which is covered with garden furniture. Clothes rack available. Small plus: a terminal to recharge your electric vehicle is available at the home. Simply swipe the card in front of the reader before recharging your vehicle. No over-billing will be applied, you will just pay for your consumption at the end of the stay based on the meter reading of the terminal. Guest access All the living areas of our house are accessible. Other things to note Our house sleeps 6 guests maximum. Cleaning is mandatory and is the responsibility of the tenant to be paid upon arrival: . Off-season weekend: 50 euro . Off season more than 2 nights: 80 euros . July and August season: 120 euros Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided. Optionally, rent a bed set in 160 for 2 people: 20 euros. We leave you a cleaning kit for the first necessities.
