We are renting out our new 96 m² (1,033 sq. ft.) house, with cozy and welcoming décor, on a fully enclosed 1,500 m² (3.7 acres) plot in Mimizan, in a residential area 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) from the ocean beaches, 500 m (547 yds) from Lake Aureilhan and the Promenade Fleurie (the 2nd most visited site in the Landes). Nearby (500 m), you will find a bakery, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, pharmacy, restaurants, banks, gas station and hypermarket... The space You will have an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. 3 bedrooms: - 1 master bedroom, with a 160×200 bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. - 2 bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds. All our rooms are equipped with dressing rooms. Bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. A separate toilet. A laundry room with a washing machine. Household amenities: oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, coffee machine (Senseo brand), toaster, kettle, dishwasher. Garden and amenities: A terrace 35 m2 including 15 m2 covered with garden furniture. Laundry rack available. A little extra: a terminal to recharge your electric vehicle is available at home. You will only pay for your consumption at the end of your stay, based on the meter reading on the terminal. Guest access All the living areas of our house are accessible. Other things to note Our house sleeps 6 guests maximum. Cleaning is mandatory and is the responsibility of the tenant to be paid upon arrival: . Off-season weekend: 50 euro . Off season more than 2 nights: 80 euros . July and August season: 120 euros Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided. Optionally, rent a bed set in 160 for 2 people: 20 euros.
