In 2026, new houses will be built about 100-200 meters from the house. The space The apartment is 40 sqm and is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. Large windows facing south provide nice light. The view is limited by our garage but there is plenty of forest and green nature nearby. Parking is 10 meters away from the house. The door up to our place is locked from your side. The sleeping area can be separated with drapery and each bed has its own small bedside table and reading lamp. The sofa bed can be a 130 cm wide bed for one adult or max 2 children. Blackout curtains on all windows. There is an air heat pump with cooling (AC) in the apartment. Water-based underfloor heating and tiled stove are nice on cold winter days. At the entrance there is a wardrobe, clothes hangers and a smaller shelf unit. The kitchen (from 2017) is fully equipped with induction stovetop with 2 burners, fan with filter and hot air oven with grill. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave are available. In the kitchen, there are the necessary tools, tableware for 6 people, placemats, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. No dishwasher. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with a small TV table, a swivel armchair and a dining table for two with a folding table top for an additional 2 people. 4 extra stools are available. Fast broadband with WiFi is available. The TV has a large number of channels, as well as Play features. The toilet has a low-flush toilet, a shower cabin, a sink with drawers underneath and a washing machine with a drying rack above. Hairdryer is available. Although the apartment is on the ground floor, unfortunately the toilet is not handicap-friendly due to the narrow entrance and raised edges around the shower. Combined fridge and freezer is in the hall between toilet and storage. In the storage room there is a thermostat for underfloor heating, extra stools, iron and ironing board and drying rack.
