If you wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and safely dispose of any waste. Connectivity: While we offer Wi-Fi for guests, please note that due to our secluded location, internet speeds might not be as fast as urban areas. Quiet Hours: Out of respect for the serene ambiance and our neighbors, we kindly request guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests and neighbors, please adhere to the following: No Smoking: Our home is a smoke-free zone. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No Parties or Events: To maintain the tranquility of our space and community, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings. Fines: Please be aware that any violations of the smoking and party policies will result in a substantial fine of $5,000. Due to the limitations of the home's well system, showers are restricted to 15 minutes, followed by a waiting period for the water supply to replenish. We believe in mutual respect and understanding.
