Country house heated Pool - 10 people

Come and enjoy a stay of rest and tranquility in our beautiful family farmhouse with swimming pool that can accommodate up to 10 people. You will be seduced by the natural space and the environment of the house with its pond in a countryside surrounded by preserved fauna and flora. The swimming pool will guarantee you moments of leisure and relaxation in a comfortable setting. The space The house is located in a dead end street in a quiet and green hamlet. You can park for free in the lot in front of the house which can accommodate up to 7 cars. The 170 square meter house is composed of: At the ground floor : - A living room with fireplace and sofas with TV and a dining room for 12 people. - An equipped and functional kitchen (hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee makers (filter or piston) etc… with a table. - A WC area, - Laundry Upstairs (1st floor): 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets arranged as follows: - A master bedroom: 1 Queen Size double bed (160X190), a sofa, a bathroom with bathtub, a WC - An independent bathroom with shower tray and WC, two sinks. - A bedroom for 3 people: 1 single mattress + 1 double bed (140x190) - A room for 2 people: 1 double bed (140x190) - a bedroom for 3 people: 1 single bed + 1 double bed (140x190) Outside : - A private swimming pool (heated on request between April and October depending on the weather, please notify at least 5 days and allow an extra charge). The swimming pool is fenced for the safety of young children. Deckchairs available -An outdoor terrace with a courtyard with table for outdoor meals. - A 3000 m2 plot of land with flowers and trees with a fenced and closed pond welcoming many birds (notably herons). -Barbecue available. Guest access The house is rented for you in its entirety, outdoor spaces and pool included: you will enjoy the privacy of this place of tranquility, ideal for holidays with family and friends. Other things to note We have childcare equipment available on request (travel cot, high chair, potties, etc.). Sheets and towels are provided as well as kitchen towels and hand towels in the bathrooms. the towels are 30X50 cm. We would be happy to welcome you to our house for your reunion with family or friends while respecting this place which is dear to us. We unfortunately do not accept animals. Despite the swimming pool security systems (fence and roller shutter), young children must remain under the permanent supervision of an adult. For the periods of July and August, rentals are by the week. Ideally located at the gates of Brittany and the Bières regional park, 25 minutes from the beaches and the Morbihan golf course. You will be 40 minutes from Vannes, Nantes, Redon or even Gacilly (international photography festival). The town of Pontchâteau, 5 minutes by car, is served by a TER station and has all amenities (super market, shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, shopping center with bowling, games, etc.).
