A white noise machine helps soften occasional street sounds, and heating or the window AC unit allow you to adjust the space throughout the season. Indoor living Set within a lovingly restored historic building, the interior has been newly remodeled while the exterior reflects the building’s age and character. A TV and Wifi provide easy entertainment and connection during your stay. If you’re working remotely, you’ll appreciate the dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - giving you a separate area to focus. A private entrance and separate street or building entrance make coming and going simple, whether you’re heading out early or returning after dinner downtown. Kitchenette The kitchenette offers a convenient space where you can heat up and refrigerate food between outings. A refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a drip coffee maker with coffee provided make it easy to ease into your mornings or wind down with takeout in the evening. Bathroom The bathroom includes bathroom essentials and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Cleaning products are also provided for added convenience. An additional fee applies for this service. This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the apartments are newly remodeled, plush, and comfortable. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.
