Private Studio Apartment - Terrace & Self Check-in

I have designed this stylish studio apartment for a week or month-long stay. This house is located in the heart of the Hsr layout and one walk will get you anywhere from supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. This private studio apartment is on the 4th floor without any lift. But the hike to reach the place will be worth it. We have recently installed an AC but the photos aren't updated. Early checkin won’t be possible Applicable discounts: >>10% for 2 nights >>15% weekly >>20% monthly The space It’s a studio apartment that comes with an open terrace and has an independent gate to lock or open anytime. Inside the house, we have the following amenities >>Queen bed and mattress >>AC >>Smart TV with all of the OTT apps and logins >>Dedicated workspace with 50 Mbps internet >>Refrigerator >> Fully functional kitchen with stove, vessels >>RO water purifier >>Automatic Washing machine >> Housekeeping once every 3 days We offer luggage drop-off at a nominal fee. But for stays more than 4 days luggage drop is free. You can inform us with the time of arrival and the caretaker can help you drop the luggage on the 4th floor. Whatever the charges you can pay them directly. Guest access Guests can use the whole premises of the 4th floor and they will get an entire place during their stay. None of these are shared with anyone. Other things to note I am only running the homestay on the 2nd and 4th floors. On the other floors, the tenants live there. So I tried my best to manage everything but I can't control every aspect such as the staircase lights, and ground floor cleanliness. It's my request for the guest to adjust and settle accordingly. Also, this isn't any service apartment instead it's my friend's bachelor home, which is now available on Airbnb. So it's a sincere request to take care of this house like your home.
