I hope you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay as long as you are my guests. The holiday apartment is located right next to our house (Leopoldstr. 45 B, 76344 Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen). If you have any questions, need support or are missing things, don't hesitate to ring the bell. The house with 6 residential units was just completed in 2023. We have set it up so that we ourselves feel comfortable in it at any time. When choosing the furnishings, I attach great importance to design and quality. In addition, we always pay attention to thorough cleaning and disinfect the bathrooms, the essential surfaces as well as door handles, light switches, etc. after each visit. The lovingly furnished 3-room accommodation has approx. 90 square metres, underfloor heating, electric roller shutters and triple-glazed windows. It is on the 1st floor and is ideally located in the middle of Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen. It leaves nothing to be desired. The S1/S11 tram stop is located about 800 metres from the house. The Baggersee, with its sandy beach, is also about 800 metres away in the other direction.
