It’s an ideal retreat for families or groups looking to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories by the river. The home features two inviting living spaces: the Great Room overlooking the river, complete with an old-school bar, game table, TV with basic cable and streaming services, along with a foldout table and chairs for indoor dining. The second living area has comfortable seating, unique decor and a decorative brick fireplace. The primary bedroom is a cozy retreat with a King bed, desk and chair with a WiFi booster, TV with streaming services and remodeled ensuite bathroom with a shower. Two additional bedrooms each have two twin beds, and the main bathroom offers a shower-over-tub setup. Both the Great Room and Family Room include pullout Queen sofa beds. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, convection oven with range top burners, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and waffle maker. It’s fully stocked with dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cookware, and pots and pans, so you’ll have everything you need whether you’re whipping up a gourmet meal or just making a quick snack. We supply coffee, tea, cooking oil and basic spices. The spacious deck is accessed via the kitchen or Great Room and is made for outdoor living, with scenic views of the river, towering Redwood trees, and abundant wildlife. There's a propane BBQ and outdoor dining table, perfect for meals al fresco. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi (both 5G and 2G), making it easy to work remotely or stream your favorite shows. Outside, the private seasonal dock is a highlight, accessed by fairly steep stairs from the house down to the backyard. It’s the perfect spot for boating, floating, fishing, or just relaxing in the sunshine. From mid-June through mid-October, you'll also have access to three seasonal kayaks for exploring the beautiful river. During the summer months, there's a Bonus Rec Room with a bathroom available with an air mattress bed, giving you a little extra sleeping space if you need it. This room is basic and unfinished, and while it’s a great extra option, it’s not included in the official bedroom, bed or bathroom count. Two lower-level patios offer even more space to soak in the stunning river and forest views — and if you’re lucky, you might spot deer, ducks, birds, and other wildlife passing through. Plus, there’s a charming front patio that's perfect for simply hanging out and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Parking is easy with two spaces right in front of the home. We recommend keeping the number of vehicles to two, since parking in front of neighbors' homes is not an option, though street parking is available one block away. There are two parking spots directly in front of our home, and we encourage you to bring a maximum of two vehicles - especially during summer months. Additional free street parking is available about a block away. Other things to note House Rules: Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am, following the Sonoma County Noise Ordinance for vacation rentals. Amplified sound outdoors is prohibited at any time, as per Sonoma County's Vacation Rental ordinance. This includes playing music on portable speakers or phones on the dock, deck, or patios. We welcome up to two small dogs, 25 pounds or smaller. Please keep your furry friends on a leash while outside and never leave them unattended. We also appreciate their respect for our furniture! There are two security cameras outside the front of the house, positioned over the front door and at the front side of the home, as well as two over the downstairs exterior door. These cameras are motion-activated and operate 24/7. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests and neighbors during your stay.
