At the Church St. House, you will also have the LOCAL Transit called TART Connect that will pick you up at your front door. Finally, if you were wanting to take the train into Truckee, the train station is conveniently steps away in Downtown Truckee. We are also about 5-15 minutes to Donner Lake, Tahoe City, Lake Tahoe, Palisades, Alpine and Northstar. When walking through the house, Guests feel at home with the newly renovated and professionally Mountain Modern designed spaces. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub/shower downstairs. The 3 upstairs bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. There is also an option to turn the upstairs bonus room into a separate 1/1 space with its own bed, bath, family room and kitchenette. Imagine what that space could do for you and your guests? Home has 2 parking spots in driveway and street parking in front of house. Winter months street parking is not allowed due to snow plowing. Parking lot is across the street if there are more than 2 cars. Other things to note Please remember you're staying in a person's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If you come across any problems, I will do my best to help ASAP. However, note that nobody is living on-site 24-7.
