The adjacent dining room is ideal for enjoying delightful meals with your loved ones. Our retreat features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, providing ample space for a group of friends or family. You'll find a king bed in one room, a queen bed in another, a full bed along with a pull-out twin in the third, and another full bed in the fourth. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and restful nights. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern appliances and stocked with essentials, making it effortless to prepare full-course meals for your gathering. Plenty of seating at the dining table and additional bar seats ensure everyone can comfortably enjoy meals together. Step outside to our lovely views, where you can unwind and soak in the peaceful surroundings. For your convenience and security, we provide an August lock with a keypad at the front door. Upon booking, you'll receive a unique 4-digit code to access the house seamlessly. Just push the red August logo at the bottom of the keypad and enter the code to enter. Please note that for the comfort and safety of all guests, we maintain a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy on the property. Guest access During your stay at our Chico retreat, you will have access to the entire property. This includes: Living Area: Relax and unwind in the open living area, featuring comfortable seating and a massive 75" Smart TV for your entertainment. Dining Room: Enjoy delightful meals with your loved ones in the adjacent dining room, where you'll find plenty of seating for everyone. Kitchen: Our fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, stocked with essentials and modern appliances to make cooking a breeze. Bedrooms: You'll have access to all four bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for relaxation and restful nights. Bathrooms: All three full bathrooms are available for your use, ensuring convenience during your stay. Outdoor Area: Step outside to enjoy lovely views and unwind in the peaceful surroundings. Front Yard and Patio: You are welcome to use the front yard and patio area during your stay. Keypad Lock: For your convenience and security, we provide a code lock with a keypad at the front door. Trash Disposal: Please use designated trash bins for waste disposal. Please take bins to the street if full or every Tuesday Night Additional instructions are provided in the house manual.
