Pool house + separate rustic kitchen house across the garden. The finca is committed to the environment and is self-sufficient in clean, carbon-neutral solar energy. THE LAND Fully enclosed and flat with over 200 avocado and fruit trees — lemon, mango, papaya, orange, loquat. A working organic vegetable garden. Free-range hens (who will leave you eggs) and cockerels. A wooden playhouse, a slide and a sandpit, where little ones can play freely. POOL Private pool, 70 m². Depth: 1.20 m to 1.95 m, accessible from both sides with steps. The pool terrace has sun loungers, parasols, side tables and an outdoor chill-out and dining area — the natural centre of the finca for most of the day. BBQ TERRACE & WOOD-FIRED OVEN Shaded terrace outside the kitchen house with picnic table, benches, charcoal BBQ with sink, and a double-chamber wood-fired oven. This is where the evening meal happens. POOL HOUSE Ground floor living space with a small kitchen — also functions as a third bedroom with a double sofa bed. Bedroom 1: Double bed 150 cm. Reading lamps, bedside tables and light-blocking blinds. Wardrobe, Smart TV 32" with Netflix. Bedroom 2: Two single beds 90 cm. Reading lamps, bedside tables and light-blocking blinds. Wardrobe, Smart TV 32" with Netflix. Bedroom 3: Multi-purpose space (3rd bedroom/living room) with a double sofa bed and a small kitchenette. 43" Smart TV. Full family bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. KITCHEN HOUSE Across the garden, the rustic kitchen is the heart of the finca. Large wooden dining table, leather sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped country kitchen. Kitchen: electric oven and induction hob, Italian Moka pot, filter coffee machine, large fridge-freezer, wine fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer, complete tableware and cookware including children's plates and cups. Connected to the kitchen: the cave room — a genuine natural cave that stays cool year-round. Large 55" Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, comfortable seating and a selection of children's toys and games for the whole family. The perfect place for an afternoon siesta. Music: acoustic guitar, piano and cajón available for guests. WC: separate toilet adjacent to the kitchen house. Guest access You will have private access to the whole property and land. However, we will need weekly access to the land to water the fruit trees and plants and tend to the chickens. We will always coordinate with you in advance to ensure that these activities are carried out in a manner that respects your privacy and convenience. Per guest: 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel + 1 pool towel. Plus 1 hand towel and bath mat per bathroom. Staying 7+ days? Message us for fresh linen. EXTRA BEDS · Two additional fold-out single beds available for children (up to 8 guests total). Message us to arrange. FAMILIES WITH BABIES · Baby kit on request: travel cot + high chair — free of charge. BATHROOMS · The finca has 1 full bathroom (pool house) and 1 separate WC (kitchen house). GARDEN MAINTENANCE · To keep the more than 200 fruit trees and the organic vegetable garden in perfect condition, the gardener needs to visit weekly to water them. We will always arrange this with you in advance to ensure that this task is carried out whilst respecting your privacy and convenience as much as possible. SECURITY CAMERAS · Exterior cameras for general security. No cameras in the pool area or inside either house. SWIMMING POOL: The pool is not fenced; children should be supervised at all times. THE CAT · A friendly neighbour's cat enjoys visiting the finca. Please let us know in advance if you have allergies or feel uncomfortable — we will make arrangements. PARKING · Private parking for several vehicles on the property. PETS · Welcome on request only — please message us before booking. Please note there are free-roaming animals on the property (chickens and a visiting cat). REMOTE WORK Fibre optic Wifi 1,000 Mbps (WiFi 6) with MESH network throughout — both houses, terrace and garden. Available via Wifi or Ethernet cable.
