Very comfortable, quiet, spacious and bright, our 20 m² guest room on the ground floor of our beautiful farmhouse, offers you independent access, allowing you to come back at the time you want without disturbing. Private attached bathroom with toilet. Everything has been refurbished, while maintaining its character. Access to a large enclosed garden with chickens, a vegetable garden, a portico and a fenced pond. 3.5 km from the Domaine de Chenevière and 11 km from the Château de Vallery. The space - Spacious room (20 m²), bright and comfortable; - High-end 160 x 200 double bed; - Extra folding bed of 200 x 90; - Possibility of loan of baby bed and high chair; - Linens and towels provided - Cleaning provided at the end of the stay; - Necessary to make yourself a hot drink; - Adjacent private shower room with toilet, shower, sink and additional heater; - WiFi (fiber), table and chairs may allow remote working; - Clothes rack possible in the closet; - Additional blankets available; - Possible access to the garden, especially for breakfast in the summer. - Possibility of table d'hôtes in the evening on request in advance (single and family menu, if possible with vegetables from the garden, €12 per person). Guest access You will have exclusive use of the bedroom and its ensuite bathroom. You will have your own entrance from the garden, allowing you to come back at any time without disturbing anyone. Opportunity to stroll through the garden (respecting animals and plants). The family living/dining room will only be accessible for breakfast or for the evening meal (by reservation in advance). During your stay We live there, so you can contact us directly if necessary. Other things to note You will stay in the house where we live with our 7-year-old daughter (very quiet). Here, you will be immersed in country living, with its calm but also its natural noises (frogs in summer, chickens and roosters...)! Warning, there is a pond (fenced), as well as piles of wood to heat us in the winter. Remember to watch your children playing in the garden to avoid any accidents.
