Arequipa, which is closed on Sundays and becomes an exclusive route for bicycles and runners, you can ride a bicycle (bicycle rental on the same avenue) or go for a run from the apartment to Miraflores, the road on Av. Arequipa ends at the famous Kennedy Park in Miraflores: Accessible by bus and taxi. 3 minutes from the Westin Hotel. Two blocks from Villa Chicken, 7 soups, surrounded by shops, banks, pharmacies. Steps to Av. Javier Prado and the bus station Two blocks from Risso Mall: Plaza Vea, Cineplanet, A few blocks from Av Dos de Mayo: Wong, Vivanda, El Hornero, Chilis, Antica, among others. 5 minutes from Salaverry shopping mall Four blocks from the famous Lobatón market. Other things to note 1. CHECK-IN: 3 pm onward. If you need to check in earlier, check availability to access early check-in for an ADDITIONAL COST. You have 24-hour doorman service. For building security reasons, the guest will be asked (a few days before arrival) for a photo of their ID and that of their companion (if applicable) in order to register them at the reception. Upon arrival, you will need to go to the front desk so that the concierge can verify your information and allow you to enter. Remember that the apartment is for a maximum of 02 registered people. If you are going to have visitors, they will have to register at the reception and their identity document will be retained by the staff until the visitor leaves the apartment and can return their document, in order to respect the capacity of two people. CHECK OUT: 11 am. If you do not leave at check-out time and interfere with the entry of cleaning staff or the arrival of other guests, you will be charged for 1 more night. Every 20 minutes of delay will be considered for a fine. When leaving, return the furniture to its place. 2. BUILDING RULES . All deliveries ordered must be picked up at the front desk. . Pets may not be brought into the apartment . No parties or disturbing noises SWIMMING POOL. Hours: 7 am - 10 pm, by reservation and subject to availability. . NO smoking, eating, or drinking in or around the pool . Entering the pool without a reservation is FORBIDDEN. . NO walking in the towel, swimwear, or without a shirt in the hallways or elevator. Change in the dressing rooms on the 21st floor. . NO getting on the elevator or walking around in wet or damp clothing. When leaving the pool, use the changing rooms to change wet clothes for dry ones. . Dry yourself thoroughly before entering the elevator. . Enter the pool only in a bathing suit FAILURE TO COMPLY AND APPLY A FINE TO THE APARTMENT WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST, which will be charged through the Airbnb platform. 3. The payment made for cleaning is only for basic cleaning. An extra cleaning will be charged if the guest(s) leave the apartment in need of a deeper clean. We provide extra cleaning if desired, prior coordination for an additional cost. 4. If any item in the apartment is broken, damaged or lost, the guest must pay the value of the item or, if repairable, the cost of repairing or cleaning it (stains and other related items) 5. FIRE ALARM SYSTEM: The building has a fire prevention alarm system, which is activated by smoking or cooking without turning on the extractor hood, and as a preventive system it sounds throughout the building.
