Upon entering the apartment you are immediately taken back to the 1980s wi large forest and floral wallpapers thorough this apartment is a real time capsule. The living room boast a nice green velvet sofa a dining table with 4 chairs a 30 inch flat TV and an iconic lake forest wallpaper. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a wood wardrobe a wood dresser and a direct access to the balcony with a view. The second bedroom has two single beds a wardrobe and a fan, direct access to a small veranda, balcony. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with sink, fridge / freezer gas stove and oven, toaster and espresso/ capsule coffee machine. The bathroom is small but has a small bathtub / shower combo, sink and toilets with Japanese bidet. For your comfort the air conditioning will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There is a washer and a dryer in the basement, please note that the basement level is shared with the second floor apartment and that there is a security camera in the basement.
