Huge beautiful yard with outdoor shower, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor dining area. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, gourmet coffee and takeout shop, and upscale general store. One mile walk to beautiful Cape Porpoise Harbor and pier. A 5-minute drive to gorgeous Goose Rocks Beach and to downtown Kennebunkport (Dock Square). The space Bedrooms for rent are on the second floor. There is a full bathroom and half bathroom on the second floor reserved for tenant use. All other spaces are shared. Bedrooms available for spring 2024 include: 1. A large room with queen bed 2. A slightly smaller room with queen bed 3. A small room with full bed Guest access Guests can access bedroom(s) that they rent, tenant bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, mudroom and all outdoor spaces. During your stay I work either from a home office or from an office in Boston. If I’m out of town, I’m available by text, cell or email. If I’m home I’m available in person. Other things to note I have a very mellow cat who is indoor / outdoor but could stay outside or in my bedroom the majority of the time if it’s a problem.
