This room is on the 7th floor in PP.Mansion Building. I have just renovated this room in 2023. I hope you like this room and enjoy to travel in my hometown. The space The apartment is 27 sqm. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit for 2 people The unit is fully equipped and furnished with Bathroom Zone - Bath towels - Hot water shower - Shower gel and Shampoo - Hand Soap Sleeping Zone - 1 Queen bed with 2 pillows - A/C - 32 inch Smart TV - Free Wifi (It's an option) - Shoes rack Dressing Zone - Clothes rack - Hangers - Hair Dryer Working Zone - Desk and chair Dining Zone - Counter Bar with 2 high chairs - Refrigerator - Microwave - Plates, Bowls, Mugs and Cutlery - Kettle Balcony Zone - Sink Other things to note Please noted (1) that we will ask for requiring guest’s passport because we have to fill online form (TM30) of Thailand immigration by Thai law. *The TM30 is Thailand's Notification of Residence for Foreigners, a mandatory immigration regulation requiring landlords, property owners, or hotel managers to report the stay of any non-Thai national on their premises. Hope you kindly understand us. Please noted (2) that this building has Free Wi-Fi for every room (It’s an option) Internet Max Speed 30MB and Wi-Fi router isn’t in the room because owner of building doesn’t allow us to install Wi-Fi router in the room and Wi-Fi might be slow and unstable when too many users are online at the same time. So, if you need to use Wi-Fi for your work, we suggest that you should have personal pocket Wi-Fi for another option when free Wi-Fi option doesn’t work. Sorry for any inconvenience Important!! In case, you need something more than we provided such as - Your request is high speed internet, stable connection, please kindly inform to us and you must pay extra charge amount 2,500 baht on the day check in/the day that you request at the office of this building.
