We invite guests of a similar nature that can respect the strict rules of not disturbing our neighbors. We have a strict rule of no parties, no visitors or loud music. This is a family residential complex, suitable for the peaceful visitor. Family, child & infant friendly: No breakable ornaments or sharp edges. Ideal for families, couples, single travelers and professional visitors. We have furnished your apartment to compete with the 5 star hotels in the region. We want visitors to have a 'home' when they come to our city - So after a full day of activities, you have your own space to unwind and relax. There is hot water, two modern showers, two toilets and very clean and comfortable throughout. There are tower fans in the apartment which is sufficient, as Pereira is not in a humid zone. We have a portable AC unit available on request. Potential for NOISE: Bedroom 1 overlooks the main road. You 9 floors up, but if you are a light sleeper and sensitive to traffic noise, this bedroom, or even this apartment may not be suitable for you. We can supply foam ear buds on request, but if you are not accustomed to city living and prefer 'quiet' over 'location' then message me first before opting for instant book to ask any questions - As once you arrive, we really can't do anything about traffic noise. Bedroom 2 overlooks the complex grounds away from the main road. This room is quieter and can sleep 2 people. Bedroom 3 is the office. It has a work desk, comfortable office chair and desk lamp. There is also a sofa bed, which folds out easily to the size of a double bed, which can sleep guests 5 & 6. 4-Day minimum reservations. Due to the logistics of making this apartment ready for our guests, we can only offer stays of 4 days or more. Guest access The entire apartment is yours. You have access to all of the complex amenities including the pool, BBQ area, tennis court, basketball court & soccer court. There is also a dedicated 'Dog Park' for those traveling with four-legged family members. Other things to note Only guests on the reservation will be permitted entry by the security. If a guest wants to invite friends or family into the apartment, or to use the facilities (pool, gym etc) as visitors, then this needs approval prior to their arrival.
