The tastefully restored and decorated Grade II cottage benefits from a private garden/patio with mature trees, shrubs and plants. Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast or enjoy stunning views on the coastal/rural walks nearby and luxuriate in the array of independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants that the characterful town offers. The space Living – Modern, spacious and pleasingly decorated open plan living area with vaulted ceiling and ‘Amtico’ flooring, Dimplex Optiflame electric fire, fast WIFI Internet access, Blu-ray DVD player and 43" Smart TV which can be swivelled for viewing from the dining table or tub chairs. Dining – Modern touch glass table with oak legs, comfortably facilitates 6 for meals. There is also a small round side table with table lamp and 2 tub chairs for those wishing to read, relax or share stories. Kitchen – Fully equipped high spec integrated full size kitchen units with dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas hob & oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, L’OR Barista coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, utensils, etc. Sleeping – Bedroom One has a king-sized 1000 spring pocket memory foam layered hybrid mattress, Fogarty quilt & Dreamloft pillows offering a restful night’s sleep.
