“CASA MASTANDREA”, located in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, is a typically Mediterranean house, organized on 3 levels, very recently renovated with handmade majolica floors and fine furniscings. It has two large terraces overlooking the sea, a garden and also a vegetable garden. It is the perfect place to admire the sunrise and enjoy a breathtaking view. It is located in a very quite area, but not far by the main services and restaurants The house can be reached by climbing about 60 steps. The space “ CASA MASTANDREA” is organized on 3 levels : UPPER FLOOR: bedroom with large terrace. - Spacious double room with balcony to access the terrace - Private bathroom with shower - Large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea with deck chairs and sunshade - Laterally to the terrace, there is also a vegetable garden with seasonal products. MAIN FLOOR: Living room , bathroom and bedroom - Large living room with sofa, tv and a windows with sea view - Bathroom with shower - Double bedroom LOWER FLOOR: kitchen - A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace - Panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with a decorated table and chairs for outdoor dining Going down a few steps you enter the GARDEN with barbecue area. The rooms are air-conditioned and heated. Guest access NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR WHEELCHAIRS OR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY IMPAIRMENTS Not recommended for children. Animals are not accepted. Other things to note - Tourist tax payable in cash on arrival: € 3,00 per person per night (for a maximum of 7 nights). Children under 10 years of age are exempt - Guests are kindly requested to notify by the day before the expected time of arrival. - All guests will have to show their documents for communication to the police headquarters. - RECYCLING COLLECTION. Guests will be provided with the calendar for separate waste collection managed "door to door" by the Municipality of Praiano.
