The recently renovated apartment (March 2023) has every comfort for your stay, with family, couple or with friends. The space From the main door you can access a large patio, shared with apartment 28a, where you can relax and eat in the open air. The house is an open space in which there is a sofa bed and a single bed. Well equipped kitchen (with washing machine) and a dining table. In addition to the bathroom in the apartment (with shower), you can refresh with an outdoor shower located in the internal garden of the house, also shared with the second apartment. The garden is accessible from the French window in the corridor. Guest access The lobby at the entrance and the internal garden are shared with apartment 28a. The whole house is at your disposal.
