Guest access The entire property is exclusively yours, ensuring complete comfort and privacy. The boundary of the rented area is defined by a barn that spans the entire width of the property. With prior arrangement, you might also have the opportunity to use the 50-meter-long garden behind the barn. This garden is a wild garden but is enclosed and features its own entrance gate at the end. The entire property stretches over an impressive 100 meters, offering ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Other things to note Our village offers the perfect balance between rural charm and everyday convenience. A large, well-stocked supermarket is just a short walk from the house – ideal for your daily needs. Beyond that, you’ll find local farm shops in the area where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs, and meat directly from regional producers. If you value seasonal and local products, you'll love exploring the small stands and markets nearby. Many guests enjoy starting their day with fresh rolls from the bakery, followed by a walk through the vineyards or a visit to the weekly market. One special highlight of our region: we personally know several of the 3,000+ winemakers who call the Palatinate home. The house is ideally located between Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Speyer, and Bad Dürkheim – all rich in culture and local charm: Neustadt offers a lovely old town, the famous Hambach Castle, and surrounding wine villages like Gimmeldingen and Duttweiler. Speyer is known for its impressive UNESCO-listed cathedral, riverside walks along the Rhine, and the fantastic Technik Museum. Bad Dürkheim features the world’s largest wine festival, a famous giant wine barrel restaurant, spa options, and the romantic Limburg Abbey ruins. Between these cities lie some of the most scenic wine villages in Germany – including Deidesheim, Forst, Wachenheim, Hainfeld, and St. Martin.
