Located in a preserved natural environment, this charming cottage is ideal for a stay with family, friends or for a relaxing weekend near Bordeaux or Saint-Emilion. ✨ A spacious and comfortable cottage Entirely on one level for optimal comfort (access by a staircase), the Gîte du Chai offers a warm and rejuvenating atmosphere. Sleeping area: a suite with 160 cm bed and private shower, a bedroom with 160 cm bed, a friendly dormitory with 4 single beds, and a desk with a sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet complete this space. Living area: a modern and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing good meals, large bright living room thanks to its bay windows overlooking the estate. TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and board games are available for friendly moments. 🌞 Exteriors and leisure A large terrace and a private garden invite you to enjoy the sunny days around the table, on the outdoor sofas or near the barbecue. Other things to note Welcome to our comfortable family home! Settle in and make the most of your stay! Free parking is available on site for maximum peace of mind upon arrival. On the relaxation side, you can enjoy the swimming pool (open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and the tennis court, both shared with other guests in the area — the perfect opportunity for a small match or a refreshing swim! (Just remember to bring your pool towels, they are not included in the linens.) For families, everything is planned: a crib, high chair and some games are available on request for the happiness of the little ones (and the tranquility of the adults!). Pets are welcome (with a small supplement), because here, the holidays are shared with the whole tribe! The accommodation is non-smoking inside, for everyone's comfort. In summer, each room has its own fan for peaceful nights, and the charcoal barbecue is waiting for your friendly grills (charcoal not included).
