With no reception desk, simply do your pre-arrival and check-in process with us online and we will send you the access details to your apartment. Other things to note Prior to the arrival date, our system will process a $200 pre-authorisation to the guest’s credit card. The pre-authorisation is purely a hold of funds to act as a security for any additional charges that may be incurred, such as any damage. Moreover, we require a photo identification prior to arrival which must match the reservation name. More information is included in our terms & conditions. Prickly Pear Stays strives to act in the best interests of its guests, employees, owners and community. Behaving appropriately and ethically in all of our dealings under all circumstances is an essential part of this. Prickly Pear Stays does not condone undesired attitudes, or inappropriate behaviour and has a strict no-party policy. Guests receive one set of linens and amenities upon check-in. We offer top-ups or replenishments during your stay for any additional cost. We do not provide a cleaning service during your stay, if you would like a service clean, please liaise with us to schedule for an additional cost.
