Walking distance of four hospitals -- Kings County, Downstate, Brookdale and Kings Brook Jewish. The space The space provided is very comfortable and is a great atmosphere for medical students. The close proximity to 4 Brooklyn hospitals makes this location a catch. Privacy is guaranteed and I am always available for any assistance needed. I will take the time out to make sure you are acquainted with the neighborhood and your temporary home. I will be in and out of the building, but I am always available if needed. Guests will be provided with my contact information. Guests will also be able to be in touch with my daughter if I am not available. My home is down the block from an elementary school, 2 public parks, and across the street from a junior high school- so expect to see a lot of children all over the neighborhood. It's a very pleasant place, in which I had the luxury of living here and raising my daughter here. Close proximity to MTA, such as: B 47, B 17, B 35, B 8, B 12, B 15, the 3 & 4 trains. And there is available street parking and I offer monthly parking in my driveway, please inquire via email or on the day of arrival. Coming from JFK Airport is roughly a $30 ride. Safe Neighborhood Own entrance Surveillance cameras on the property Be willing to share the living area, kitchen, and bathroom with two other persons Close to shopping area, Laundromat, pharmacy, etc. Rent is $1120/month or $280/week per room *If I am contacted outside of Airbnb rent is $775/month or $195/week or $30/night per room, in addition to the $35 cleaning fee per visit(subject to adjustment depending on the length of your stay)* ***Please note that the room advertised is one of three rooms and it may not be the room you are reserving*** Guest access Must be comfortable sharing the space with someone else. I currently have male and female medical students occupying two other rooms. I will always inform you of the gender of current occupants prior to reservations in case you have preferences. During your stay I will be in and out of the building, but I am always available if needed. Guests will be provided with my contact information. Guests will also be able to be in touch with my daughter if I am not available. Other things to note STUDENTS MUST RESERVE FOR AT LEAST 4 WEEKS. ONE PERSON PER ROOM. STARTING OCT 1, 2016, THERE WILL BE A FEE OF $25.00 US CASH FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE FOR STUDENTS STAYING EVERY 4-6 WEEKS.
