We provide Wifi, Cable TV, washer/dryer, and paid parking. Other things to note There is central heating and air conditioning. This means the building property manager switches off the air conditioning side during the winter and has the heat side on and vice versa during the summer time. This means you won't be able to use the air conditioning during the winter time and you won't be able to use the heat during the summer. The property manager does this to prevent damage to the central system. If he has the air conditioning side on during the winter time the pipes would freeze. The outdoor pool is also seasonal. If it is too cold the outdoor pool will be closed. The pool being open or closed is entirely on building management’s discretion. The host has no say or control if the pool is closed.
