Our cosy villa is built according to Greek Cycladic architecture. Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea(about 300m) and the close proximity to the vivid center of Parikia which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, giving them also the opportunity to relax outdoors, since the villa offers various exterior sitting and dining spaces. It is undeniably the perfect choice for families or group of friends! The ground floor consists of a living area decorated with minimal furniture, white marble, fresh light tones and sea view. At this level, you can find an open plan kitchenette with a small fridge and dishwasher, including a dining table. All in all, here is located an open plan bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a king-size double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The lower level features a fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table. At this level there is also one bedroom with two single beds, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The outdoor areas consist of two pergola shaded dining/sitting areas and a large garden with herbs and local flowers, completely harmonized with the island’s landscape. Both verandas have built-in sofas and marble dining tables. The villa enjoys both sunset and panoramic sea views, offering you in this way the ultimate holiday experience! Specifically, as the night comes, the villa΄s outdoor area turns to majestic scenery; the warm sunset hues blend with the natural landscape and the sun dips into the sea. There is nothing better than ending your day relaxing in our outside sitting area and watching the beautiful sunset!
