Tanglewood

This is a one-storey house with a big deck attached outside, which belongs to Tanglewood, a private property. Tanglewood is 20 kms east of Melbourne CBD, opening to Terrara Rd. It’s a perfect ideal place for people who need a real quality break or relaxation for the body & mind from pressures or hard work. The space The house has two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed (which can be subdivided into two king-single beds when required) and one with a queen-sized bed. A folding sofa-bed is in the sitting-room, which is connected with an open & fully-equipped kitchen with 24h hot-water & air-conditioning service, new washing machine & dryer, new fridge, new coffee machine, etc. Guest access a. Checked-in guests are entitled to have the access to all in-room facilities as well as the spacious decking with chairs & tables outside. b. Guests enjoy the privilege to park their car(s) in the garage after their check-in. c. Guests can take a leisure walk outside--either to the lotus pond or to the property gate through flowery gardens. d. Guests can also go to the big lawn (about 20 ms away from the house), or take their kids to the trampoline (close-by the swimming-pool), and enjoy their playing on it. e. In summer & autumn (late spring also included), guests have the sole access to the swimming-pool. f. FYI: as this private property is a bit large & some parts are still under planning & maintenance, guests are very kindly reminded that these parts are not open for a visit or photo-taking without owner's permission. Other things to note Other things to know: • No party/event allowed • No commercial photography allowed • No pets allowed • No smoking (inside the house) allowed • Except the checked-in guests, the swimming-pool is not open to any other visitor(s) . Kids under ten must be accompanied by an adult if they want to play on the trampoline.
